You basically repeated what I just said, but anyway…I still havent heard as good tunes as Dolomite, Elvis at the Hop and other super mega hits Scott have put out from Guthrie. For me he is a really sophisticated player who deserves all the creds he get, but as you put it; Guthrie can play over any chord progression. Ok, I sure think so, but I dont think he will navigate through it with the same elegance, timing, and authority as Scott would.
