Baseball
Ranger baseball club: now signing up players, ages 4 to 8 and 9 to 12, for 2010 spring season at Sportspark. Competitive/experience prefered. Limited slots available. Deadline: Nov. 15. Information: 269-7100.
Spooktacular Baseball Tournament: takes place Oct. 30-Nov. 1. The tournament is open to 6 and 7 year olds for T-ball and 8U for Coach Pitch. Double elimination will take place. Monster Mash Baseball Tournament: sponsored by El Paso Parks & Recreation. Registration is now open for the event, which takes place Oct. 30-Nov 1. Event is for ages 8u, 10u,12u,14u. Cost: $250, and a bag of candy per player. Deadline: Oct. 27. Information: 534-0254.
Northgate Optimist Baseball team under new management: spring registration will begin every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. League plays January 16 through March 13. Open to boys and girls ages 4-14. Games played at 4201 Skyline St. Information: 373-8899.
